Promise Made:

Every year, the Federation provides funds to support children attending JCC day camps, residential Jewish summer camps and overnight Jewish summer camps. Over the past few years, our Federation has partnered with the Foundation for Jewish Camp to provide incentive grants to select first-time campers. Research has shown that an overnight Jewish summer camp experience is one of the touchstones in a child's life, helping to create a foundation on which to build a strong Jewish future.

Promise Kept:

The Federation and Foundation for Jewish Camp have helped to send almost 60 campers over the past two year to numerous Jewish camps, including BIMA at Brandeis University, Camp Bnos Maarava, Camp Gan Israel Michigan, Camp Livingston, Camp Poyntelle-Lewis Village, Camp Ramah in Wisconsin, Camp Stone, Camp Wise, Camp Young Judaea Midwest, Emma Kaufmann Camp, JCC Ranch Camp, URJ Goldman Union Camp Institute and URJ Kutz Camp Institute.
